Please plan to arrive by 7 p.m. sharp!
The NAPO-WDC organizers are very organized, and they cordially request all "guests" to arrive by 7 p.m. sharp.
The play begins at 7:15; however, these organized organizers want no disruption to the preliminary proceedings, beginning at 7 p.m. promptly.
After the play is a 30 minute discussion of the topic, which should be very interesting!
Then there is 15 minutes more of organized organizers' business, and they again do not want this to be disrupted by "guests," so you are therefore asked to remain seated until 8:30 p.m., when the formal portion of the meeting breaks up into networking.
Thank you for your understanding and support!

Framing Positive & Recovery based Language

Following is the "old" language used to describe the show:

  • "DisordR, The Play," humorously and humanely brings Pakrat Patty the Hoarder's Collector-itis and Disposophobia out of the Clutter Closet.

  •  An obsessive-compulsive's must-see!
However, benefiting from participating in various excellent conferences, including WRAP Around The World 2015 (https://copelandcenter.com/wrap-around-world-2015), Alternatives 2014 (http://alternatives2014.mhasp.org), and Alternatives 2013 (http://www.power2u.org/alternatives2013/), we are Framing the show description in Positive & Recovery based Language!

  • "DisordR, The Play," about Pakrat Patty, the self-identified Hoarder, uses humor to
  • Raise Awareness,
  • Educate about Mental Health,
  • Stop Stigma,
  • Advocate & Empower for Recovery!
