Please plan to arrive by 7 p.m. sharp!
The NAPO-WDC organizers are very organized, and they cordially request all "guests" to arrive by 7 p.m. sharp.
The
play begins at 7:15; however, these organized organizers want no disruption
to the preliminary proceedings, beginning at 7 p.m. promptly.
After the play is a 30 minute discussion of the topic, which should be very interesting!
Then there is 15 minutes more of organized
organizers' business, and they again do not want this to be disrupted by
"guests," so you are therefore asked to remain seated until 8:30 p.m., when
the formal portion of the meeting breaks up into networking.

The evening ends with a chapter business meeting and networking from 8:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.
